We take the time to understand your brand, vision, preferred fragrance families, aesthetic direction and how you want people to feel when they experience your product. From there, we guide you through a thoughtful and collaborative creation process:

OUR PROCESS

1. Discovery
We start with a simple questionnaire to learn about your project that includes your vision, purpose, preferred fragrance styles, quantities, packaging direction, and budget.

2. Fragrance direction
Based on your responses, we curate a selection of fragrance concepts that align with your brand or event and begin refining the direction together.

3. Sample creation
Your shortlisted fragrances are poured into sample tins for you to experience in person. This is where you smell, sit with them in your space, and choose what resonates most.

4. Refinement
If needed, we adjust and fine-tune the fragrance profile or wording so it feels like your perfect fit, whether calming, uplifting, grounded, coastal, or luxurious.

5. Design + affirmation
We can do all the design work, you can - it's completely up to you!

6. Production
Once approved, your custom signature fragrance is hand-poured in small batches in our Gold Coast studio.
