We want your Morro & Co experience to feel simple and seamless from the moment you place your order. Below you’ll find information about shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and what to do if something isn’t quite right with your candles, diffusers, or home fragrance products.
Dispatch & Delivery Times

EXPRESS DELIVERY $14.95 (1 - 3 working days)
FREE DELIVERY for orders over $89 (standard shipping)*.
You can upgrade your order to express for $4.95
All orders have a tracking number so you can follow your order from our door to yours.
All Morro & Co candles, diffusers, and room sprays are hand-poured, packed, and shipped from our northern Gold Coast studio.
Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During launches, sales, and peak gifting periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
At this stage, we ship Australia-wide only.
Returns
We understand that sometimes things change, or a fragrance may not feel quite right once it arrives.
If your product is unused, unlit, and in its original packaging, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Candles must remain unlit with the wick untrimmed
• Diffusers and room sprays must be unused and unopened
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Orders
We want every Morro & Co order to arrive beautifully and safely. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with your product, please email hello@morroandco.com.au with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A refund where applicable

Where are your products made?
Every Morro & Co candle, diffuser, and room spray is hand-poured in our northern Gold Coast studio using premium natural ingredients and meaningful fragrance pairings.
Are your candles natural soy?
Yes. Our candles are made using 100% pure soy wax, vegan-friendly fragrance oils, and cotton wicks that are completely zinc free. We do not use parabens, phthalates, or unnecessary additives.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
Yes. Our candles, diffusers, and room sprays are all created using vegan-friendly fragrance oils and premium ingredients.
How long do your candles burn for?
Our 300g soy candles have an approximate burn time of 45 hours when cared for correctly.
How long do your diffusers last?
Our eco reed diffusers typically last between 4–6 months depending on airflow, room temperature, and placement within the home.
How do I choose the right fragrance?
Every Morro & Co fragrance is designed around a feeling or affirmation. Some customers choose based on fragrance notes they naturally love, while others choose based on how they want to feel within their space. If you need help deciding, we recommend taking our Fragrance Quiz.
