It is no secret our aim is perfection and nothing less, but sometimes we fall short of the mark and mistakes are made (we really wish they didn't!).

If your products aren't of a standard you were expecting, please send an email to so we can get it all fixed up as soon as possible!


What if my product has been damaged in shipping or is faulty? 

You will have the choice of a product replacement or store credit. We do need a photo, so we ask that you please take a photo and include it in your your email to us.  

What if I ordered the wrong candle or the person I bought it for wants a different one?

We can help with that too! As long as your product is unused (i.e. candle lit or wick trimmed) and in it's original packaging (i.e. label in tact and lid still with the candle, cards in hessian bags), we do offer refunds for change of mind within 14 days of you receiving your items. The cost of shipping to return and any materials needed to ensure candles are adequately protected from breakages is at your own expense. 

We unfortunately cannot offer free shipping on returns as we are a small business and postage is not free.
