It is no secret that our aim is perfection and nothing less, but sometimes we fall short of the mark and mistakes are made.

We really wish they didn't! If your products aren't of a standard you were expecting, please send an email to hello@morroandco.au so we can get it all fixed up as soon as possible!

If you're item has been damaged in shipping or is faulty - please take a photo to attach to your email and you will have the choice of a product replacement or store credit. 

Change of mind: 
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges on our products, so please choose as best as you can. If you're wanting a large order we can arrange samples before making your order. Alternatively, if you live nearby our home studio on the Gold Coast you could come and have a little sniff before purchasing.

As long as your product is unused (i.e. candle lit or wick trimmed) and in it's original packaging (i.e. label in tact and lid still with the candle, cards in hessian bags), we do offer refunds for change of mind within 7 days of you receiving your items. The cost of shipping to return and any materials needed to ensure candles are adequately protected from breakages is at your own expense. 

We unfortunately cannot offer free returns as we are a small business and postage is not free.
