What makes Morro & Co different?
Every candle and diffuser is made in our northern Gold Coast studio. Currently, we are not open to the public.

Are your candles natural soy?
Yes. Our candles are made using 100% pure soy wax, premium vegan-friendly fragrance oils, and cotton wicks that are completely zinc free. We do not add parabens, phthalates, stabilisers, or unnecessary additives to our candles, allowing for a cleaner and more intentional fragrance experience.

How do I choose the right fragrance?

How long do your candles burn?
Our 300g natural soy candles have an approximate burn time of 45 hours when cared for correctly. To achieve the best burn and fragrance experience, we recommend allowing the wax to melt to the edge on the first burn and trimming your wick before each use.

Are your products vegan-friendly?
Yes. Our candles, diffusers, and room sprays are made using vegan-friendly fragrance oils and premium natural ingredients. We are passionate about creating products that feel beautiful, intentional, and safe to enjoy within your home.

How long will my diffuser last & how do they work?
Your diffuser should last between 4-6 months. Simply, place the all natural bamboo reeds in the bottle once you've removed the cap, and enjoy! To make the fragrance stronger, use all the reeds and to enjoy a softer fragrance, use less reeds.

What if my product has been damaged in shipping or is faulty? 
You will have the choice of a product replacement or store credit. We do need a photo, so we ask that you please take a photo and include it in your email to us.

What if I ordered the wrong candle or the person I bought it for wants a different one?
We can help with that too! As long as your product is unused (i.e. candle lit or wick trimmed) and in it's original packaging (i.e. label in tact and lid still with the candle, cards in hessian bags), we do offer refunds for change of mind within 14 days of you receiving your items. The cost of shipping to return and any materials needed to ensure candles are adequately protected from breakages is at your own expense. 

We unfortunately cannot offer free shipping on returns as we are a small business and postage is not free.

It is no secret our aim is perfection and nothing less, but sometimes we fall short of the mark and mistakes are made (we really wish they didn't!).
