Where are your products made?

Every candle and diffuser is made in our northern Gold Coast studio. Currently, we are not open to the public.

What do you use to make your candles?

100% pure soy wax with vegan friendly, all-natural fragrance oil. Our wicks are 100% cotton and completely zinc free. We don't add any stabilizers, chemicals or additives to our candles. SEE THE RANGE

What do you use to make your diffusers?

100% eco diffuser base that is classified as a non-dangerous. our base is entirely phthalate-free, and our all-natural fragrances are vegan friendly. We don't add any stabilizers, chemicals or additives to our diffusers. SEE THE RANGE

Where can I touch and feel your products?

From time to time, we are part of local markets around the Gold Coast and Brisbane. We update where we will be on our social media platforms. We also have a growing number of stockists you can visit to experience our range. SEE OUR STOCKISTS

Do you any markets?

We do! We don't have a regular market we are part of, so keep an eye out on our socials for updates.

How long will my diffuser last & how do they work?

Your diffuser should last between 4-6 months.

Simply, place the all natural bamboo reeds in the bottle once you've removed the cap, and enjoy! To make the fragrance stronger, use all the reeds and to enjoy a softer fragrance, use less reeds.

How long will my candle last?

Approx 45hrs.

What if my product has been damaged in shipping or is faulty? 

You will have the choice of a product replacement or store credit. We do need a photo, so we ask that you please take a photo and include it in your email to us.  

What if I ordered the wrong candle or the person I bought it for wants a different one?

We can help with that too! As long as your product is unused (i.e. candle lit or wick trimmed) and in it's original packaging (i.e. label in tact and lid still with the candle, cards in hessian bags), we do offer refunds for change of mind within 14 days of you receiving your items. The cost of shipping to return and any materials needed to ensure candles are adequately protected from breakages is at your own expense. 

We unfortunately cannot offer free shipping on returns as we are a small business and postage is not free.

It is no secret our aim is perfection and nothing less, but sometimes we fall short of the mark and mistakes are made (we really wish they didn't!).
